This weekend was great: I had several client blog consulting calls and was really able to provide help that mattered to people, that gets results. The kind of consulting I do is strategic: I help bloggers figure out their goals and game plans so they get the results they want out of their blog. Often, this means addressing the blog niche, post content, monetization methods, and marketing/traffic growth/SEO methods.
What I used to do was more technical in nature: blog installation, troublshooting, and theme design. I ceased offering those services in favor of the strategic phone consulting, which was a very good decision.
But of course, many bloggers still desperately need these services. And there are many professional, capable people who can perform these services, but who don’t have the audience I have to attract clients.
So I’ve set up a referral network to help everyone.
