What I’m Thankful For

Tomorrow is the Thanksgiving holiday in America. It’s a time when family gathers to share in what had traditionally been a bountiful harvest. Most of us are now a little bit removed from the cycles of the farm seasons, but we all understand the need to pause and recognize how much we have to be thankful for.

In a break from advice about blog marketing, I’m going to share with you what I’m thankful for:

  • My wife and family, for whom all my labor is for, and without whom none of this would even be possible. You guys wouldn’t believe all the stuff my wife does so that I can work full-time and blog full-time. My step-children (and especially my granddaughter) inspire me to lead by example and show what a self-determined life is.
  • My blog coaching clients and customers, who have placed their trust in me and who believed that I can help them. Even though people buy things millions of times a day all around the world, when someone is willing to hand over their hard-earned money to you hoping you’re going to help make their life better, that’s a big deal in my book.
  • My readers, friends, and followers of Remarkablogger across various social media sites and networks. I’m continuously humbled and delighted that anyone cares about what I have to say. You guys rock.
  • My co-workers at KnowledgeWave, who are very supportive of my “other life” and who are now starting to use SEO, social media, blogging, and affiliate marketing to support and further the business.
  • For being an American citizen. In spite of the economic troubles we face, I couldn’t be in a better country for making my own way and profiting even in a down time, thanks to how easily I can diversify my online income. In America, I have easy and affordable access to the tools and knowledge that make this possible.

That’s what I’m thankful for, this Thanksgiving. What are you thankful for?

PS – I’ll be taking a break over the weekend, so we’ll see ya on Monday!

    Happy Thanksgiving, Michael.

I’m thankful for my husband and daughter. For my father, who is terminal with cancer. For all the friends I’ve met and come to know on forums, blogs and social media sites.

For the talents I’ve been given that I can use to help others. Really, for way too much than there is room for here.

    Happy Thanksgiving to all.

Family, friends and life are what I am most thankful for. I’m also thankful that I am able to choose how I feel. Good, bad, or indifferent — it’s up to me. I hope you all are using your own wonderful power of choice. I wish you a most pleasant and joyful Thanksgiving holiday.

My teachers and mentors for teaching me the skills I needed to succeed and I’m grateful that music exists, because without it I wouldn’t. I’m also thankful to have some extraordinary friends.

    Happy Thanksgiving!

I’m thankful for my wife. I outsourced my social media to her (she would probably smack me if she heard me say that, haha). She is an amazing writer and is the one who inspired me to start blogging.

I’m also thankful for a few things… being alive. Breathing. Experiencing. Love. And last but not least, creative expression. I don’t know what I’d do without it.

I’m thankful for the internet in giving us a platform to:
    – Find amazing people
    – Read amazing things
    – Literally change the world
    – Communicate with others

If it wasn’t for the internet, none of us could tell you what we are thankful for.

    Cheers,
    Glen

I am so grateful that My family escaped communism, everyone with an opportunity to pursue his/her dreams, rescuing me from near a boat attempting to come to USA, 2 car accidents that almost killed me, a chance to live and fulfill a purpose for which I was created, an amazing generous, kind husband who has seen me at my worst, loves me unconditionally, and healthy children who are great examples to others. I can go on an on, I’m just blessed to have my next breath…as I’ve seen up close and personal how fragile life is–Enjoy every moment and love those dear to you!

I’m thankful for finding the love of my life and spending the last 15 years with him. For our 2 imaginative children who remind us to play often and keep laughter roaring through our home. I’m thankful for good health. I know that life can change at any moment – so I’m am conscious of and thankful for right now. Happy Thanksgiving!

    Thankful for:

    1) My great husband and beautiful, precious daughter
    2) My health (and the health of my family)
    3) My boring, but seemingly stable, job in this rotten and scary economy
    4) The internet
