Remarkanotes: Short Little Notes and Cool Stuff from Me

I always wanted to do an email list. Any blogger who is serious about marketing a business or making money online needs an email list. But an email list like everyone else’s would be worthless. I wouldn’t want to waste my time with such a thing and neither would you.

So I waited and thought. And thought. And thought. Meanwhile, every other blogger on the planet is coming out with email lists. But I didn’t because I didn’t know what the unique value a Remarkablogger email list should bring, yet.

Obviously, I did figure it out, or I wouldn’t now be doing this. :) Remarkanotes is going to be short emails with awesome links to cool stuff and “back channel” tips and observations by me. The operative word here is short. In other words, the opposite of how most people try to do email newslettery-type things. That’s why I’m calling it “Remarkanotes”.

I will not ever spam you or distribute your email address to anyone else for any reason. You will have to confirm your subscription when you sign up (this is called double opt-in, and it adheres to the highest ethical standards). You can unsubscribe with one click, no problems and no hassles if you ever decide that short idiotic bursts of craziness and cool links from me are not your thing.

My primary goal here is to open a new channel through which to provide as much value to you as I possibly can. Occasionally, between all the free stuff, the sneak peaks, the discount codes, and the secret password-protected content, I will present offers that I hope are a dead-on match for your interests. In other words, they will simply be another form of value if I do it right (and I’m not here to do it wrong, folks). I am being honest with you about this because if there is ever to be any trust at all between us, I must be. If you’re cool with that, then I can’t wait to see you in your inbox.

The Bribe

If you subscribe to Remarkanotes, you’ll receive an audio file (mp3 – 35.1mb download) containing the first 38-minutes of a recent client call (the client gave permission for this). This audio will give you some great information and tips. It’s one thing to read the general stuff on the blog, but it’s quite another to hear specific advice which you can apply to your own blog. This guy’s blog is pretty new, and we have all been in his shoes! You will benefit from listening to this call. Okaay…what I meant to say in that all-too-brief comment was that your video helps shines the light on a kinder-gentler MM! It’s good to hear you and see you in real life. And it’s a good lesson: Personality is greatly reinforced by video and audio. Sorry this comment has nothing to do with your post, but hopefully it’s welcome just the same.

@Barry, LOL, been there, done that with comments. :)

I’m glad you like the video! I have one at least every Friday, sometimes more often.
