I love the realistic tone and the honesty about failure. As someone who is making some major changes in life and career, I get tired of the sites that never acknowledge the possibility of failure. That's not the way the world works. I look for the best advice I can get, and I appreciate it when people admit their mistakes and what they learned from them. Believe me, I've made a couple of doozies already, and someday I may actually blog about them!! If someone hasn't experienced setbacks or failures, then I believe they haven't learned anything.
