Granted, your organization may not be brimming with hip twenty-somethings, but that doesn’t mean there aren’t lessons to be learned here. Even back before there was Blogger There was Pyra Labs. And the kids at Pyra had an internal system for postings that became the knowledge management heart and soul of that little company. That application became what is today known as Blogger. How they used their company blog (they called it Stuff) is inspirational for how small companies anywhere could use their own intranet blog. Maybe it’s because I’m such a biz geek, but I actually felt thrilled when I read Chapter 8!
